How does hotel laundry pickup work?
It starts with a few questions about your property. How many rooms do you have? How full do they run? How many sets of sheets and towels do you own for each room? How much shelf space does your linen room hold?
Your answers set your pickup and delivery days. A big resort and a small roadside motel need very different plans. Both get one clear price.
We pick up from hotels and motels basically anywhere in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler, and in the West Valley.
On each pickup, our driver takes your used linens to our plant on West Southern Ave. We wash them there. Sheets and pillowcases get pressed, and everything gets folded. Then the clean stacks come back on your next delivery day.

When do Phoenix-area hotels need the most linens?
From late January through March. Big events and spring training fill rooms across the Valley. Every full room sends more sheets and towels to the laundry.

Do you work with small motels as well as big hotels?
Yes. We size each plan to your room count and how full you run. A small motel gets a plan built for a small motel.
Does my hotel need to own its linens?
Yes. Legacy Linen is a COG laundry, so we wash linens that you own. We do not rent linens.
How are pickup and delivery days set?
We set them with you when you sign up. They depend on your rooms, how many sets you own and how much you can store.
What if a sheet or towel goes missing?
Every piece is tagged and tracked through each step, from pickup to delivery. If something goes missing, call us at 602-540-3884 and we will look for it.
