Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026. This policy explains what information Legacy Linen ("we") collects through legacylinen.co and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send our quote form, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email, phone, type of business, city, what needs washing, weekly volume and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the page where you first arrived, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or gclid).
When you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can answer you.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your quote.
- To set up and run your laundry service if you become a customer.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring us requests.
We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Quote requests are stored in a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, through Google Workspace. Google processes that data for us under its own terms.
Analytics and cookies
If we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may set cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve you or as required for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
