How does restaurant linen pickup work?
We set your pickup and delivery days with you. Three things shape the plan. How many tables do you set? How many guests do you serve each week? How much linen do you keep on hand?
On pickup day, we take your used linens to our plant on West Southern Ave in Phoenix. Tablecloths and napkins get washed, pressed and folded. Kitchen towels get washed and folded. Then it all comes back on your next delivery day.
Keep enough stock to cover the days between pickups. Some tables will be dressed, some linens will be with us, and some should wait clean on your shelf.

No. Legacy Linen is a COG laundry. We wash table linens that your restaurant owns and bring the same pieces back.

How often do you pick up from restaurants?
We set your pickup and delivery days with you when you sign up. They depend on how much linen you use and how much you can store.
Can my restaurant switch from linen rental?
Yes. Buy your own table linens first, and time it with the end of your rental contract. Then we count and tag your items and set your pickup days.
Do you serve restaurants outside Phoenix?
Yes. We pick up from restaurants basically anywhere in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler, and in the West Valley.
