What does customer-owned goods (COG) laundry mean?
Your business owns its linens, towels and uniforms. Legacy Linen picks them up, washes, presses and folds them at our plant, and brings them back. You keep ownership the whole time.
Does Legacy Linen rent linens?
No. We only wash linens our customers own. There are no rental fees, and you never get another business's stock mixed in with yours.
Why would a business own its linens?
You choose the quality, the color and the feel your guests or members see. You can pick linens with your own name or logo. And what you pay us is for laundry, not for renting someone else's sheets.
How do you keep track of my items?
We tag and track each item through every step, from pickup to delivery, so your own linens come back to you.
Schedules and service
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. We pick up your dirty linens and bring them back clean and folded on the days we set with you.
How is my pickup schedule set?
We set it with you when you sign up. It depends on how much laundry you have, how much shelf space you have, and where you are. If your needs change, call us and we will adjust it.
How long does it take to get my linens back?
It depends on your volume, what needs washing and your location. We agree on a schedule with you before we start, so you know when each delivery is coming.
What do you wash?
Sheets, pillowcases, bath and pool towels, gym and studio towels, spa linens, tablecloths, napkins, kitchen towels, and uniforms. Tell us what your business uses and we will tell you how we handle it.

We are open 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm. Our plant is at 1857 West Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041.
