Who fills Gilbert hotel rooms between the 202 and US 60?
Families, ball teams and business travelers. The Town of Gilbert says about 7 million visitors come each year. In 2024 they added $348 million to the local economy.
The Town's tourism plan puts three groups first: people visiting friends and family, youth sports, and overnight work trips. It also aims for longer family stays and meetings that last several nights.
Discover Gilbert, the Town's visitor site, lists its hotels in a few clear spots:
- SanTan Village Parkway and South Market Street, near Loop 202
- South Val Vista Drive, across from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center
- North Higley Road and East Baseline Road, just off US 60
- South Power Road, near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport
Several are suite hotels with full kitchens, made for long stays. A long-stay guest and a one-night guest use linens at a different pace. We pick up from hotels in all four spots and anywhere else in Gilbert. We count your rooms and your average stay, then set your days to match.

Which linens land back on your Gilbert hotel carts?
The same sheets, pillowcases and bath and pool towels you sent out. They belong to you. Legacy Linen does not rent linens, so no outside stock gets mixed into your carts.
A tag goes on each piece, and we follow it from your loading door to our plant and back. At the plant we wash, press and fold everything. Your bill shows one clear price with no hidden fees. If a pickup date needs to move, call our office any day of the week.
Very efficient and the process went exactly how it was described to us.
