Where do Scottsdale's motels and limited-service hotels sit?

Mostly along the big roads, from Camelback Road near Old Town to Shea Boulevard in the north. The city's 2024 lodging report lists 23 limited-service properties inside city limits. Together they have 2,916 rooms, close to a third of all hotel rooms in Scottsdale.

Drive-up lodging here goes back a long way. In 1956, Hotel Valley Ho opened as an early motel with a drive-up entrance. It stood at Main Street, now Indian School Road, and 68th Street. It was fully air conditioned and open all year. That was early for a Valley hotel.

The city's report counts only places with more than 25 rooms. Smaller motels don't show up in it, and we are glad to work with them. A small motel and a large limited-service hotel need different plans. We ask about your rooms, your linen shelves and your busy nights before we set a schedule. We pick up from motels anywhere in Scottsdale.

Why should a Scottsdale motel own its sheets and towels?

So you decide what your rooms look like and what you spend on them. You pick the sheets, pillowcases, and bath and pool towels. You choose how many sets to keep on the shelf. When a set wears out, you replace it on your own terms.

We only wash linens our customers own. There is no rental contract and no rental charge. Each piece gets a tag, and we track it from your door to our plant and back. Our prices are clear, with no hidden fees. Our team has more than 21 years in the linen business.

Which months fill Scottsdale motel rooms, and which go quiet?

Late winter and spring are full. Midsummer is slow. The city's lodging records show the swing from month to month.

  1. Jan

    Mid-January through April

The city calls this peak season. About 42% of the year's hotel and motel sales came in during it in 2023.

  2. Feb

    February, the fullest month

February stays brought in 13.9% of the year's room revenue in 2023, more than any other month.

  3. Jul

    July, the slowest month

July stays brought in only 3.7%. Fewer guests means fewer sheets to wash.

Your laundry follows the same curve. Tell us your full weeks and your slow ones, and we plan your pickup days around them.

Motel laundry questions from Camelback Road to Shea Boulevard

Do you work with Scottsdale motels that have 25 rooms or fewer?

Yes. The city's lodging report leaves out places that small, but we don't. Tell us your room count and how many linen sets you own. We will build a plan for that size.

Can my pickup days change between a full February and a slow July?

Yes. In Scottsdale, February stays bring in the most room revenue and July stays the least. Tell us your own pattern, and we plan your pickup days around it.

What do you wash for motels near Old Town Scottsdale?

Sheets, pillowcases, and bath and pool towels. They belong to you. We tag each one so it finds its way back to your motel.
