Short-term rental laundry service in Gilbert, AZ
Sheets and towels for Gilbert vacation homes, collected between stays and brought back clean on days we plan together.
What does a Gilbert host bag up for us at each turnover?
Sheets and towels. Those are the two things we wash for short-term rentals. At check-out, the used sets come off each bed and out of each bathroom. They go into a bag for us, and we pick up those bags from rental homes anywhere in Gilbert.
Here is how a turnover fits our pickup days:
- We set pickup and delivery days with you, based on how often your guests check out.
- On a pickup day, we collect the bagged sheets and towels.
- Each piece gets a tag, so your sets come back to you and not to another host.
- We wash, press and fold it all at our Phoenix plant, then bring it back on your delivery day.
It helps to own more than one set for each bed. One set stays on the bed while the other is out with us.
Vacation homes are part of where Gilbert's guests stay. The Town's visitor site, Discover Gilbert, lists vacation rentals right beside hotels as a place to stay. The Town says about 7 million visitors come each year.

Why own the sheets in a Gilbert vacation home?
Because your bedding shows up in every listing photo. When you own it, you choose it. Legacy Linen does not rent linens.
We clean the sheets and towels you bought, tag each piece and send it back to that same home.
Your service is efficient and much appreciated.
When do guests book Gilbert vacation homes?
Around family visits, ball tournaments and big town events. The Town's tourism plan names visits to friends and family and youth sports as core reasons people come. It also wants more long family stays.
