We start with your numbers. Tell us how many treatment rooms you run and how many clients a busy week brings. Also tell us how much clean linen your cabinets hold. We set your pickup and delivery days from those answers.
Spas send us towels and treatment linens. We wash, press and fold them at our plant on West Southern Avenue. Then we bring them back on your delivery day.
Owning your linens keeps the feel of your rooms in your hands. You choose the fabric, the color and the weight. Each piece is tagged and tracked, so the same towels come back to your spa.

Where do the big resort spas sit in Phoenix?
At both ends of the city. Two of Phoenix's largest resorts run their own spas. One, in Desert Ridge near the north edge, has 950 rooms. The other has 744 rooms and sits at the base of South Mountain Park.
Our plant is in South Phoenix, on the north side of that same mountain. We pick up from spas anywhere in Phoenix.
Most spas here are smaller, though. Day spas and massage studios are spread all over the city. A small studio and a resort spa go through very different amounts of linen.
